Booking the Video Studio
First, review the StoryLab booking guidelines and request a time on the StoryLab calendar. You can book up to 2 hours a day, and requests must be submitted 48 hours in advance. On the form, include your project details, experience level, and any special equipment you may need. You will need to sign a StoryLab waiver and complete a brief certification at the start of your first booking. Bring a USB stick or hard drive to save your work. Arrive on time and check in with the Creative Technology Advisor at the StoryLab desk before starting your project.
