Since Time Immemorial is an exhibition sharing Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Stories, Art, Animals, and Placenames as seen on the North Shore Culture Compass. This exhibition brings points from the map to life, with artwork, audio, and storytelling. When at the Lynn Valley Public Library, we invite you to listen, reflect and engage with the deep connections between land and language that have shaped this place Since Time Immemorial.

The District Library Gallery is part of the Art in the Community program, which is run by North Van Arts. This program celebrates and enables emerging artists through facilitating a professional exhibition that serves to promote local artists of all kinds, to increase awareness of art, and to make original art by local artists accessible to our local public.
