The monitor helps show how well ventilated an indoor space is.
Borrowing Basics
CO2 monitors measure the level of carbon dioxide in an area. This gives an indication of how well ventilated the space is.
Good air quality can help lower the risk of airborne infections and support general well being. CO2 readings can help you decide whether a room may need better ventilation, fewer people, or steps to remove pollutants. Poor ventilation has also been shown to cause general symptoms such as tiredness and headaches.

NVDPL received one Aranet4 monitor through a donation from ES Canada. Remaining kits were purchased using funds from the Province of BC.
