Book your next meeting or event at the North Vancouver District Public Library. We offer four well-appointed meeting rooms available in our three locations, up to seven days a week. Our rooms are affordable and feature capacity for two to 100 people.
LYNN VALLEY MAIN LIBRARY
Centrally located, the new Lynn Valley Main Library has two meeting rooms to suit your needs:
1. Community Meeting Room
Details:
Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning design, this beautiful 1,000 square foot room is perfect for meetings and events of up to 100 people.
Availability:
> Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 8:45pm
> Saturdays, 9:00am - 4:45pm
Rates:
For Profit*:
> $200 (up to 4 hrs)
> $300 (over 4 hrs)
Non Profit*:
> $100 (up to 4 hrs)
> $150 (over 4 hrs)
GST not included in rental rates; nominal additional charges may apply.
2. Program Room
Details:
With a capacity of up to 25 people, this bright room is ideal for smaller meetings and presentations.
Availability:
> Monday - Friday, 5pm to 8:45pm
> Saturday, 9am - 4:45pm
> Sunday, 12pm - 4:45pm (not available all Sundays throughout the year; please inquire when booking)

For Profit*:
> $60 (up to 4 hrs)
> $110 (over 4 hrs)
Non Profit*:
> $30 (up to 4 hrs)
> $55 (over 4 hrs)

Located in the heart of Edgemont Village, the recently renovated Capilano Branch Library offers the Potlatch Meeting Room, with a capacity of up to 60 people.

The beautiful Parkgate Branch Library is located near Deep Cove. Our Enid Dearing Meeting Room can accommodate up to 30 people for your meeting or event.

> Saturdays, 10:00am - 4:45pm

> $140 (over 4 hrs)
Non Profit*:
> $40 (up to 4 hrs)
> $70 (over 4 hrs)

Companies, individuals and organizations that expect financial gain, directly or indirectly, through promotion or sale of goods and/or services.
*Non Profit rate:
Non-profit organizations, societies and associations as well as government bodies and educational organizations. Charitable registration number must be provided at time of booking.
