Book your next meeting or event at the North Vancouver District Public Library. We offer three well-appointed meeting rooms available in our three locations, up to seven days a week. Our rooms are affordable and feature capacity for two to 40 people.
LYNN VALLEY MAIN LIBRARY
Program Room
Details:
With a capacity of up to 25 people, this bright room is ideal for smaller meetings and presentations.
Availability:
> Monday - Friday, 5pm to 8:45pm
> Saturday, 9am - 4:45pm
> Sunday, 12pm - 4:45pm (not available all Sundays throughout the year; please inquire when booking)

For Profit*:
> $60 (up to 4 hrs)
> $110 (over 4 hrs)
Non Profit*:
> $30 (up to 4 hrs)
> $55 (over 4 hrs)

Located in the heart of Edgemont Village, the recently renovated Capilano Branch Library offers the Potlatch Meeting Room, with a capacity of up to 40 people.

The beautiful Parkgate Branch Library is located near Deep Cove. Our Enid Dearing Meeting Room can accommodate up to 30 people for your meeting or event.

Seminar Room
Details:
With a capacity of up to 8 people, this bright room is ideal for smaller meetings and presentations. There is a large permanent whiteboard in the room.

> Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 8:45pm
> Saturdays, 10:00am - 4:45pm
> Monday - Friday, 10:00am to 8:45pm
> Saturday, 10:00am - 4:45pm
> Sunday, Closed
