Survey Translation

Instructions for accessing the survey in other languages are available below. Please follow the steps to choose your preferred language and participate.

Please answer in the language that is most comfortable for you! All submissions will be professionally translated.

We recommend using Google Chrome browser for the best translation experience.

On Mobile Devices

Google Chrome (Android or iOS)

1. Open the form in the Chrome app.

2. Tap the three dots (⋮ or …) in the upper-right corner.

3. Tap Translate.

4. To choose a language:

   • Tap the gear icon > More languages.

   • Select your language, then tap Done.

Safari (iPhone/iPad)

1. Open the form in Safari.

2. Tap the “aA” icon in the address bar.

3. Tap “Translate Website”.

4. Choose your preferred language. (Note: Translation is available in supported languages only.)

On Desktop Computers

Google Chrome

1. Right-click anywhere on the form (not on a link).

2. Select “Translate to [Your Language]”.

3. To choose a different language:

   • Click the Translate icon  in the address bar.

   • Click the three dots ⋮ > Choose another language.

Microsoft Edge

1. Right-click and select “Translate to [Your Language]”.

2. To choose a different language:

   • Click the Translate icon  in the address bar.

   • Pick a language from the dropdown menu.

Safari (Mac)

1. Click the Translate icon  in the address bar.

2. Select your language from the list.
