Friends of the North Vancouver District Public Library: President Needed

The Friends of the North Vancouver District Public Library are seeking a dedicated, community‑minded leader to serve as our next President. This volunteer role is ideal for someone who believes in the power of public libraries and enjoys bringing people together to support literacy, learning, and community programs.

As President, you will guide a small but passionate board, help coordinate fundraising with 3 book sales per year, and champion the library’s mission within the community.

What you’ll be doing:

-          Work with the Executive Committee, attend, and organize meetings

-          Prepare reports and share information about the Friends of the Library

-          Liaise with key contacts at the library and other organizations
