Why Give to the Library?
People give to North Vancouver District Public Library for many reasons.
Some care deeply about our community and want to support an organization that offers resources and support to everyone in the community. Others are passionate Library users, who want to ensure others’ lives are enriched by the Library in the way theirs were.
Others still give because they recognize the valuable role the library plays as a community resource, the valuable role the library plays in reducing isolation among society’s most vulnerable, and the valuable role the library plays in supporting business by creating a vibrant anchors in the community.
When you give to the Library, you are providing essential resources for the enhancement of your Library, funding important projects and services not supported by municipal funding.
Gifts to the Library are tax deductible. North Vancouver District Public Library is a registered charity, and issues tax receipts for donations of $25 or more. Our charitable registration number is 86888 6490 RR0001.
