Capilano Branch

Located in the heart of Edgemont Village, the recently renovated Capilano Branch Library is a cornerstone of its community. The spacious new design features reading area, an enhanced children’s section on the main floor, a new Teen area on the second floor, a quiet study room, automated check-outs, public computer terminals, plus a great selection of books, music, movies and much more. Throughout the year we offer storytimes and events for children as well as computer training and other exciting programs for adults. Check out our Potlatch Meeting Room, as well.

BabyTales (ages birth-24 months)
Fridays, 10:30am - 11:00am

ToddleTales (ages 24-36 month)
Tuesdays, 10:30am - 11:00am 

StoryTales (For ages 3–5 years)
Thursdays, 10:30am - 11:00am

All storytimes are free. No registration required. Spring storytimes run until the week of May 28.

Introduction to Craigslist

Wanting to sell the junk in the basement? Looking for a rare record, a new couch or an apartment to rent? Attend this class to learn how to buy and sell items using Craigslist, the world’s largest classifieds website.

Registration required. To register, call 604-987-4471. Participants should have basic mouse and keyboard skills. All equipment for computer classes is provided.
