This book was written with such care and grace that it seems as though the words paint a vivid picture in the reader's mind as they uncover the truth about a particular boy with a love for Katherines. Although he grew up as a child prodigy with the ability to memorize meaningless facts, girls on the other hand may not exactly be his forte. Wanting to escape heart brake, if only for a moment, he and his comically gifted friend hit the road for a road trip. Unforgettable characters emerge throughout this novel as Colin and Hassan relearn the importance of friendship and love.
