Introducing Ancestry Library Edition

NVDPL now subscribes to Ancestry Library Edition. This popular research tool, offering  comprehensive genealogical information online, makes it easy for you to search for your ancestors.

Using Ancestry Library Edition you can access birth, marriage, death, immigration and military records, as well as ships’ passenger lists, and images and indexes for Canadian, UK and US census records. Plus connect with other users to share information, and view a growing number of photos and family trees.

Ancestry Library Edition is available on computers in all three branches of NVDPL. The tool is for in-library use only. If you are using a computer in the library, you can use this link to access Ancestry Library Edition.
